Learn more about the Canary Melon (Spanish)
The melon is grown in the second half of the year, during the “dry season,” which yields excellent quality fruit with high sugar contents. It responds very well to the organic cultivation system, mainly to fertilization via fertigation with biofertilizer based on natural phosphate, organic potassium sulfate and micronutrients.
